Green Career Spotlight: Nursery Owner

by Lisa Thompson

Have a fondness for trees? So do nursery owners. They grow trees from seedlings to sell to customers. Owners oversee many aspects of the business, from managing staff to ordering supplies to responding to orders to hand-on work in the nursery. It also requires people skills to interact with both employees and customers as well as business skills.
